What to include

The name of the app and, if you know it, the version (Settings → About in the app, or your store listing).

Your device model and OS version — for example, iPhone 15 on iOS 26, or Pixel 8 on Android 16.

What you expected to happen and what happened instead. Screenshots or a short screen recording help enormously.

Purchases and refunds

All purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled through them rather than by us:

If something went wrong inside one of our apps — a feature that did not unlock, say — email us and we will sort it out.
