We build small, thoughtful apps — and we collect as little about you as we can get away with. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Curiously Creative is a trading name of KHUSSEIN KHALILL RAED, IE — an Individual Entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Armenia (state registration no. 286.1593074, TIN 20331845). Registered in Yerevan, Armenia. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: [email protected].
This policy applies to the website curiouslycreative.dev and to the mobile apps we publish on the App Store and Google Play under the name Curiously Creative. Where an individual app collects anything beyond what is described here, its store listing and the notice in section 05 say so.
Any third-party services used by an individual app — such as analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs — are disclosed here and in the app's store listing when that app is released. If an app is not listed here, it uses none of these services.
Our apps and website are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email us and we will delete it.
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for — typically the life of our correspondence with you, or as long as legally required — and then delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
We are based in Armenia. Service providers we rely on (such as Apple, Google and Cloudflare) may process data in other countries, including the European Union and the United States, under their own safeguards.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, and we keep the amount we hold to a minimum so there is less to protect.
When we change this policy we update the effective date above. For material changes affecting an app, we also note it in that app's release notes.
